This island's biggest airport, Molokai Airport, is located on the central plateau of the island and accommodates commuter/air taxi and general aviation activities, as well as some military flights. All commercial passenger flights coming into Molokai originate as interisland flights from Oahu's Honolulu International Airport or other smaller airports in the Islands.
Kalaupapa Airport, on the northern peninsula of Molokai, serves commuter/air taxi operations and some air cargo operations.
